Smithika Food Products manufactures our roasted peanuts, chikkis and savoury snacks and packs our dates range. Our products are marketed by Shashini Food Products. Using the website
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate details when contacting us. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit another person’s information without permission. Future ordering is intended for adults aged 18 or over.
Products, labels and food safety
Check the specific pack’s ingredients, allergens, net quantity, storage instructions and date markings before purchase and consumption. Peanut products contain peanuts and sesame chikki contains sesame. Other ingredients and cross-contact risks depend on the product; ask us if you need clarification. We do not make blanket allergen-free, organic, sugar-free or health claims.
The live product listings must provide applicable mandatory pre-sale food information under the Food Safety and Standards Act and relevant labelling, display and claims regulations. This draft and a footer licence number do not replace those requirements. Follow the pack’s storage instructions; do not consume food that appears spoiled or unsafe.
Images in this design preview are illustrative and are not photographs of our actual packaging or production facility. The live store must accurately describe the goods supplied.
Prices, orders and delivery
Pack prices are shown in Indian rupees. In the live store, the applicable total, taxes and delivery charges must be clearly disclosed before an order is placed. Availability, serviceable locations and delivery estimates will be shown when confirmed. There is no payment or ordering service in this preview.
Order acceptance, payment methods, cancellation cut-offs and fulfilment arrangements remain subject to business confirmation before launch. An error must not be used to impose a different product or higher price without the customer’s agreement; any payment for an unfulfilled cancelled order must be addressed under applicable law.
Returns and refunds
For food safety and hygiene, change-of-mind returns are not offered. Please report damaged, wrong, missing, expired-on-arrival, spoiled or defective items within 7 calendar days of delivery. This is a reporting window, not a promise that a refund reaches your bank within seven days, and it does not remove statutory rights or remedies for hidden defects.

Production stories and website content
Our blog is intended for our production videos, photographs and product information. Content should describe the actual process shown, with permission to use any identifiable people or third-party material. Please obtain permission before reproducing content beyond uses allowed by law. Production stories are not medical advice or a substitute for a product’s label.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains proposed handling of customer information and the limited services used by this preview. Future payment providers, app stores or embedded video platforms may have their own terms and privacy notices. App-download links have not yet been supplied.
Concerns and consumer rights
Contact us with your order reference and a description of the concern. The designated grievance officer’s name and contact details must be added before launch, with complaint handling aligned to applicable statutory deadlines.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or restricts remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to unsafe, defective or misdescribed products. No blanket waiver of consumer rights is intended.
Governing law and changes
Applicable Indian law governs these terms. Subject to mandatory statutory rights, disputes may be brought before competent courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. This does not prevent customers from approaching a competent consumer commission or another statutory forum elsewhere when permitted by law.
The effective date will be added when approved terms are published. Later changes will not retrospectively remove rights arising from earlier purchases.
